The highlight of my stay at the camp was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Mohammed and Seleman, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I had a great experience. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the middle of the canyon, providing breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. The cleanliness of the accommodation exceeded my expectations, with clean rooms, running hot water, and even Wi-Fi. The full-day jeep tour with Mohammed as our guide was a lot of fun, and he even played our favorite music while driving us to the best sites. The traditional Jordanian meals cooked underground were delicious, and the campfire gatherings with other guests were memorable.
There were no specific cons mentioned in the reviews.

I stayed at a camp in Wadi Rum for a few nights and it was incredible. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Mohamed, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious and the view from my room was unique. Despite it being February, the room was warm at night. The driver offered us a tour of the impressive landscapes, and after dinner, we had a great time drinking tea and meeting people from all over the world. Highly recommended.
Would definitely recommend this camp.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. We had a delicious lunch and dinner, with a chance to try authentic Bedouin dishes. The tour guide, Mohammad, went above and beyond to show us the most amazing views and even took the time to ask us about our preferences. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities, making our stay comfortable. One more advantage was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, with the Bedouin staff making us feel like part of their family.
Although the towels in our room were a bit dirty, overall, our experience at the camp was fantastic. The camp itself wasn't as luxurious as advertised, but the hospitality and warmth of the staff more than made up for it.
